🚚 1. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website and check your order status under "My Orders."

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at support@icysta.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items.
