All orders placed on ICYSTA are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date. Transit times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of items, and the chosen shipping method. Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may apply.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and either replace the item or provide a full refund.
